Description of Service
The Association has as amenity development of 8 properties situated on Burnfield Road in Giffnock. Each flat is fitted with an alarm cord system, which is monitored by Bield Community Alarm Service and the development has enhance property services such as a door entry system, lift, communal cleaning, communal landscaping etc which means tenants have less responsibility with regards to the surrounding area attached to their tenancy agreement. 7 out of the 8 properties are supported by Cosgrove Care and each tenant has an individual support plan. The remaining tenant is supported by Capability Scotland.
