Service delivery to our tenants and owners is a key part of what we do at Arklet and the priorities of our tenants and views on our performance is sought through satisfaction surveys, tenant meetings, tenant conferences and the Tenants Forum. We welcome participation from our tenants and owners which can be from giving us a recipe for our newsletter to becoming a member of our Tenants Forum or Management Committee.
