Housing Management Performance

HOUSING MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE

Staff in the Housing Management Section are committed to monitoring and improving our service provision.

We have detailed below information on some of our key areas of work and as you can see we can demonstrate continuous improvement in most operational areas over the past few years.

We are also aware of what areas in which we need to improve performance and are committed to achieving this.

We are aware that our arrears figures are high when compared with our peer group etc. However, the action plan and special arrears initiatives we have put in place since 2009 have brought about steady improvements in our arrears control. We are, however, acutely aware that we still have a long way to go in terms of matching our peer group. Accordingly we are committed to a strategy of continuous and sustained improvement in this area of our operation.
