Regulator publishes new guide for tenants and service users

ICHR Policy Review Event - The event is being held on Wednesday 6th March at 6:00pm at Finnart Street Campus of James Watt College in the Ardgowan 4 Meeting Room.

The Associations' Tenant and Resident Forum meeting takes place on Monday 11th February 2013 at 6:30pm in the Association's office at 19 Bogle Street, Greenock.

The Association is holding a Rent Increase Consultation event on Thursday 31st January 2013 from 2.30pm to 6.00pm at our office in 19 Bogle Street, Greenock where you can pop in and get more information about the proposed increase.

This gives you an opportunity to look at the Association's proposals for the rent increase and discuss how this may affect the rent you currently pay.

 Information for tenants in Weir St / Leitch St Cobined Heat and Power scheme about the availability of Power Cards over the festive period.

Over the next few months the Association will consider proposals for the rent levels to be charged in 2013/2014 (from 1 April 2013).
