Each property let under Choice Based Lettings is advertised with clear details of the best fit criteria.
Applicants who do not meet the criteria are categorised as not best fit and are not considered for the property until all the applicants who do meet the criteria are exhausted.
The weekly outcome report shows the number of bids and whether the property was allocated to someone who met the best fit criteria. Applicants who met the best fit criteria are ranked in order of points priority and date of application (for applicants with the same points). You can check where your bid was ranked for each property that you bid for. The most recent reports are available on the links below.
