95% of all emergency repairs were responded to within 4 hours of reporting whilst the average time taken to complete all non-emergency repairs was 2 calendar days.
The Co-operative issued survey forms to 67% of all repair works and received 110 completed forms which represents 29% of the sample.
96% of all returned forms indicated satisfaction with the work carried out.
