Upland Road, Garelochhead
Project currently on site and is progressing well. This development will provide a block of 12 flats with 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 4 people. The flats will be for sale under the New Supply Shared Equity scheme provided by the Scottish Government under LIFT, the Low-cost initiative for First Time Buyers. The project is estimated to be completed by December 2012.
Clydeview, Helensburgh
Project currently on site following a 'Sod' Cutting Ceremony in February 2012. This development is a replacement care facility on the site of the former Clydeview Residential Home providing 39 purpose built amenity flats for older people. The project is estimated to be completed by May 2013.
Turnberry Place, Castlehill, Dumbarton
This project is currently taking form and will provide 13 units, who will be allocated by West Dunbartonshire Council due to a condition of the land sale. The new homes are estimated to be completed in October 2012.
