Planned maintenance is concerned with the renewal of components in our homes.
The Association surveys its stock on a regular basis in order to identify the condition of all our homes. The information gained from the surveys is used to set the programme for the renewal of components such as kitchens and bathrooms in our homes.
The Association has developed a 60 year planned maintenance programme for renewing the components in all of our homes. This planned programme ensures our houses are well maintained and that the Association has set aside sufficient funds to carry out the programme.
