Our main area of business is letting and managing tenancies in line with both legislative and good practice guidance. The underlying principle of our Allocations Policy is to allocate our housing stock to those households displaying the highest levels of housing need.

In achieving this, we are committed to:

The 255 units we own comprise of both new build and modernised stock and consists of flats and houses. All our stock has central heating, some with gas and some with electric.  A number of our flatted properties have their own front door from outside, while some others are entered via a door within a common close.  The general stock breakdown is as follows:
