Phase 6
Work began on January 2011 for Phase 6 of our planned maintenance programme and the main contractor is CCG Ltd. Included within these works will be:
New Kitchens/Bathrooms
Central Heating Systems
Rewiring of Electrics
Extractor Fans
Smoke Detectors
External Fabric Upgrade
New Windows
Each property has been individually surveyed in order to assess works required. The works will be carried out at approximately 100 houses, and the relevant addresses have now all been informed accordingly.
The contractor is liable for defects for 1 year after each property has been completed. If the defect arises within this time and during normal working hours, please report it to our office.
