The Association operates in the Kingsridge Cleddans area of Drumchapel and operate under Model Rules approved by Community Scotland and the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations. We are a recognised Scottish Charity registered under Scottish Charity No. SC038236.
We became a registered social landlord on 28th January, 1992 when we acquired 235 sub standard tenemental properties from Glasgow City Council.
Our primary aim is to provide good quality homes at affordable rents and prices for people in housing need who wish to live in our area. We defined this aim by embarking upon a substantial programme of demolition and newbuild in order to provide a diverse range of homes which meet the needs, demands and aspiration of our tenants.
Our Philosophy
We take the view that our residents are the most important people in our organisation and it is central to our philosophy that we will strive to provide a responsive and professional service which meets the needs, demands and aspirations of our residents.
We also believe that committee members and staff are our most important asset and we recognise the importance of having motivated, committed and knowledgeable committee and staff who are equipped to take the Association forward and face the challenges which lie ahead within a diverse and changing framework.
