Kingsridge Cleddans Housing Association provide good quality homes at affordable rents and prices which meet the needs, demands and aspirations of our residents.
We will strive to manage and maintain our stock to the highest standards and deliver a customer focussed and responsive housing service.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
To assist where appropriate in the economic development of the Association’s area by supporting and encouraging employment initiatives.
To promote the opportunity for community empowerment in the area.
To develop and sustain a multi functional Housing Association providing the full range of Development, Housing Management, Property Maintenance and Finance Services.
To provide a comprehensive and enlightened service which is flexible and responsive to customers and can adapt to meet changing needs demands and circumstances.
To manage and maintain the Associations housing stock to the highest standards.
To contribute to the Wider Role agenda by initiating and participating in projects that meet a number of Wider Role objectives.
