Oak Tree Housing Association is also a partner in the Inverclyde Common Housing Register (ICHR) which launched January 2012. The Inverclyde Common Housing Register provides a single route to apply for housing with any of the three partners. For more information and to see available properties click this link.
We have formed a subsidiary called Oak Tree Housing Initiatives Ltd (OTHI) to act as a letting agent to bring empty properties back into use. Inverclyde Council is acting as a partner to provide loan funding to owners who seek funds to improve their property to be let by OTHI. More details are available by clicking the OTHI logo.
