Oak Tree Housing Association aims to be a market leader in social housing and related services within Inverclyde.

You can find out more about the Association by following the links to "About us".

Oak Tree Housing Association is also a partner in the Inverclyde Common Housing Register (ICHR) which launched January 2012. The Inverclyde Common Housing Register provides a single route to apply for housing with any of the three partners. For more information and to see available properties click this link.

We have formed a subsidiary called Oak Tree Housing Initiatives Ltd (OTHI) to act as a letting agent to bring empty properties back into use. Inverclyde Council is acting as a partner to provide loan funding to owners who seek funds to improve their property to be let by OTHI. More details are available by clicking the OTHI logo.
