The ICHR has been up and running since the start of January. We've now completed several cycles of advertising and have posted the outcomes on our website for applicants to check out how their bidding went. Bidding has been steady for most properties so far. More analysis on the points profile of bids will be available at the end of the year to help build a picture for appliantts as to their chances of being successful.
We've also launched our on line service survey so that applicants can tell us what they think of the service so far. We want as much feedback as possible, good or bad , to help us improve.
Also new this week, OTHA has put full details of the properties advertised on our automated phone system. This means that you can get information and bid through the phone even when the office is shut. The schedules are read out in full. Choose option 5 to access the information and follow the instructions to bid. You will need your application reference number.
