Inverlcyde Common Housing Register is a partnership between Cloch Housing Association Ltd, Oak Tree Housing Association Ltd and River Clyde Homes. The ICHR started in January 2012 when the first properties were advertised under the new Choice Based Lettings Allocation system.
Cloch, OTHA & RCH have agreed a single allocations policy and a single form to apply for housing. We are working towards having one single list of people who have applied for housing. Cloch and OTHA are leading on this and have merged their housing lists into one. RCH will be joining at a later date.
Most of our available lets will be made to people who apply directly and are on the joint housing list. We will be operating a choice based lettings allocation system for the housing list applicants. Each association will also be taking referrals for a proportion of lets to agencies agreed in their Lettings Plan. This may be from the Homeless Service, Community Health and Care Partnership and other agencies.
