Cloch Property Ref 2019 - 2 bed semi detached house.Open to 2 bedroom general needs list. 7 stairs down to property.
Cloch Property Ref 2020 - two 3 bedroom new build houses within Maukinhill to be available February to June 2012. Open to 3 bedroom general needs and amenity list. Priority for one of the houses will go to tenants of Cloch HA. Applicants will only be considered if they can manage one flight of stairs.
If you have bid for a property and you want to know how you got on, go to the outcomes tab. This will be updated by the Friday of the week that bidding closed for any property.
The successful applicant for each property is likely to be contacted on the Tuesday of each week to start the process of checking their application details and making an offer.
