The joint list held by Cloch and OTHA is made up of the 4000 applicants who had an existing application with one or both of the associations. Where there were duplicate applications, these have been removed.
The points for all applicants have been changed to reflect the new allocations policy. This may mean that your points have reduced although this is likely to have affected other applicants so that your relative position may not have changed significantly.
During January, existing applicants will have been sent a new statement of their application including their points award. It is very important that you check the details that we are holding on file and let us know if they are incorrect.
Both Cloch & OTHA will be running applicant surgeries at convenient times to make that sure we can meet the demand from existing applicants to give advice and assistance on the new choice based lettings system for letting our available properties.
