Rent is payable in advance before the 28th day of each month. You can make payments to your rent account by any of the following methods:
By Standing Order or direct debit Forms are available from our office on request or can be downloaded from the important documents page of this website.
By Allpay Swipe Card The card can be used in any post office or shop displaying the Allpay/PayPoint sign.
Internet Payment If you wish to pay your rent online you should go to www.allpayments.net All you need to make a payment online is your Allpay rent payment card and a debit or credit card.

By cheque at the Association’s office We do not accept cash. Any cheques should have the tenant’s name and address on the back for identification purposes.
By post Cheques should be made payable to Oak Tree Housing Association Ltd. Please ensure your address is written on the back of the cheque.
