Tenants and their children enjoyed Paisley South Housing Association’s first ever Children’s Christmas Party & Christmas Raffle this week. With the assistance of funding from the Cash for Kids charity and generous donations from the Association’s contractors, the Association organised a fun filled party for 25 children and their parents & had a Raffle with 12 tenants each winning a £25 voucher. At the party families enjoyed games, party food, a magic show and a special visit from Santa.
Lorna Gilroy, Housing Manager said “We were delighted to put on this event for our tenants and their children. It has been a huge success, with everyone joining in the fun”.
The highlight of the party was without doubt the arrival of Santa and his procession of elves delivering gifts to all the children and the happiness on all of the children’s faces when they received their gift. Mums and Dads weren’t left out of the gifts with parents receiving a large tin of chocolates to take home.
The Association looks forward to next year’s party and would like to thank Cash for Kids and all the contractors who generously contributed towards a wonderful event.
