All repairs should be reported to the Association either, by visiting the office, by telephoning 0141 944 3891 or if not an emergency use the form below to submit details of your repair request.
Do not use the online reporting service to report an emergency repair.
Repair Response Timescales
- Emergency:
We aim to respond to your emergency repair within 4 hours.
- Urgent:
Where the comfort of the tenant is affected, but pose no hazard to life or safety of the tenant, we aim to complete these repairs within 2 working days.
- Routine:
Repairs that do not fall into the category of emergency or routine fall into this category and we aim to complete these repairs within 5 working days.
