These inspections highlight any problems in the area immediately, particularly in relation to litter, graffiti and repairs. The problems are rectified as soon as possible to ensure that your environment is a clean and tidy one. It is your responsibility to keep your gardens in a neat and tidy condition. By this we mean cutting your grass on a regular basis, weed control, de littering and not letting you pets foul your garden. If you fail to carry these tasks out Ruchazie Housing Association will have no option but to cut your grass etc and you will be charged for this.

Please don’t leave graffiti for someone else to report! - help maintain the look of your area by reporting graffiti promptly to the above number.
The Association has a Dog Policy. This limits the number of dogs and the type of dogs which are permitted.
You must always check before with the Association and obtain permission, BEFORE you bring a dog into your home.
