Giving us feedback and making complaints

The Association encourages our tenants and service users to give us feedback – including comments, suggestions and complaints. We believe that this feedback helps us improve our services. We will formally record and acknowledge any feedback items received and will respond to these within the target timescales shown. Regular reports on how we have responded are made to the Management Committee. A copy of our Feedback and Complaints Policy and Feedback form are given below.
