The Association currently has over 500 homes in management. The majority of these are for rent but we also have a small number of low-cost home ownership "shared ownership" properties.
Nearly all of our homes have been built since 1991 and all have central heating and double glazing. Many are built to the “housing for varying needs” standard, with level access etc. A smaller number have been purpose designed with enhanced features, including some that are accessible to wheelchair users.
All rented properties are let under Scottish Secure Tenancies with an average weekly rent for being approximately £65.00. This amount does not include Council Tax or domestic bills. An additional monthly charge of between £2.39 and £7.16 is made for the upkeep of communal areas. The amount charged reflects the amount of landscaping required in each scheme.
