The result of the recent Second Stage Transfer Ballot was announced this morning. The turnout was 51% and we are pleased to announce that 72.9% of the votes cast were in favour of the transfer from GHA to Tollcross Housing Association.
The result means that the Association will become landlord to an additional 1,500 tenants at the end of June this year.
The staff and committee at Tollcross would like to thank all the volunteers from various other associations who helped during the campaign period. The assistance of the volunteers from Provanhall, North Glasgow, Ardenglen, Easthall Park, Glasgow West and Shettleston was very much appreciated.
