The Association held is holding a consultation week from Monday 4th February to Friday 8th February 2013, we are offering all service users to discuss our proposed rent increase for 2013/2014 which is 4.1%.
We will also be explaining the changes proposed to our allocation policy, the recent changes made to our complaint policy and to answer any questions service users have.
We would ask that any tenants who may be affected by the bedroom tax and have not already spoken to us contact us at the earliest opportunity.
