Welcome to Dunbritton Housing Association's Website. We hope you find the information useful and if you are a tenant, can make use of our on-line payment and repairs reporting system.
Dunbritton: who are we?
We are a Registered Social Landlord, which means we provide houses to people in housing need and have houses for sale under a shared equity scheme called Shared Ownership. We are also a developer, building houses for rent and shared equity.
Our stock is a mix of general family homes, flats, amenity houses and flats and wheelchair houses and flats. We also own 13 houses which we lease to charities who support adults with disabilities living in the community. About 73 of the properties we manage are shared ownership properties.
In some of our areas, we also offer a factoring service to private landlords. We currently factor over 400 homes.
Over the last few years we have become extremely busy working on wider role activities, that is, providing help and funding to local communities from everything from play areas to paths to youth outreach workers. This work is done in conjunction with Community Links Scotland.
Our offices are based in Dumbarton and we have a staff of 15 and are run by a voluntary Management Committee of 18 voluntary members.
