Welcome to Kendoon Housing Association Limited
Kendoon Housing Association Limited was established in 1992 and the housing stock in current ownership can be traced back to three separate stock transfers from Glasgow City Council and one stock acquisition from The Glasgow Housing Association.
The Association achieved a significant milestone in March 2007 with the completion of the phase 9 new build project at 25 to 69 Abbotshall Avenue. This project represented the final phase of our development programme in respect of tenanted stock which began back in 1992. All of the Association’s tenants are now housed in new build accommodation, save for 24 tenants housed in the Association’s phase 1 tenemental rehabilitation project.
All of our stock is for rent, in a mix of house sizes and types including semi-detached, terrace and cottage flats.
