Welcome to Pineview Housing Association Ltd
Pineview Housing Association Ltd was established in 1991 in the Pinewood area of Drumchapel. Drumchapel is situated in the northwest area of Glasgow and was one of the new estates built in the 1950’s to deal with the problems of lack of decent housing and slum clearance.
The Association was established in 1991 following the transfer of housing stock in the Pinewood area from Glasgow City Council. Since that time we have pursued a strategy of growth through stock transfers and land acquisitions and now operate in the Pinewood, Waverley, Broadholm and Stondyke areas of Drumchapel.
Most of our stock is for rent but we also have some shared ownership properties and we also factor some properties for owner occupiers. The properties we have for rent are a mix of tenement flats, cottage flats, terraced and semi-detached houses. For more detailed information on our stock please visit our Housing Stock Page.
The aim of the Association is to contribute to the regeneration of Drumchapel by providing good quality housing and also by being involved in other non-housing activities which will assist the community of Drumchapel to have a better standard of life.
We hope that this website will provide you with an opportunity to find out more about the Association and your community and we would encourage you to provide us with feedback about the site and our services.
We are keen to have tenants involved in the running of the Association, so if you feel you would be interested in joining the committee or giving us your views on policy issues, please contact our Director, Marion Macdonald, and she will be pleased to discuss this in more detail.
Pineview Housing Association Ltd is registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 2375R(S), Registered with Communities Scotland HAC231 and is a registered Scottish Charity - No SCO38237.
