Living In Your Home
RESPECT FOR OTHERS
The Association hopes that are able to enjoy your home and find it to be a safe and comfortable place. Unfortunately at times there may be incidents which occur with neighbours or within the neighbourhood which cause you distress.
The Association has a Neighbour Complaints Policy and aims to address issues as soon as possible. Residents will be encouraged, where appropriate, to resolve issues with neighbours directly, however, there will be times when this may not be appropriate and the Association will provide a consistent and prompt response to any complaints.
If you make a complaint and the Association is dealing with it, you will be kept up to date with the progress.
Please contact your Housing Officer if you wish to discuss any problems regarding anti-social behaviour or any tenancy issue.
