Housing Stock
The Association manages a total of 585 modernised and new build properties which are occupied by tenants, shared owners and owner occupiers within the Broadholm, Pinewood, Stonedyke and Waverley areas of Drumchapel.
A number of rented properties have been specially adapted to suit the needs of disabled and vulnerable tenants, e.g.
- fitted with community alarms
- ambulant disabled, e.g. level access shower
- wheelchair accessible
