Peter is responsible for the organisation as a whole as well as having specific responsibility for Development projects.

Karen is in charge of the Housing Management section which ensures that rent is paid promptly,the allocation of our empty properties and anti social behaviour/tenancy enforcement matters among other things.

Greg and Maureen are the Housing Officers who deal with issues such as neighbour complaints, allocating properties, assisting tenants who are having problems paying their rent, or who need help in completing Housing Benefit forms etc.

Alison is in charge of the Repairs and Maintenance Section. In this section staff take a record of and arrange for repairs to be carried out for tenants.

Paula deals with collecting factoring charges for those owners living in factored properties in the Bellsmyre area. She also provides help with any issues that owners may have relating to neighbour problems etc.As well as her factoring duties Paula assists Karen,Greg and Maureen in the housing management section.

Maura is responsible for making sure that the Association’s finances are dealt with and that our bills are paid on time.

Our receptionist is generally the first point of contact that our service users have with the Association and therefore has an important role in ensuring that the first impression of the Association is a favourable one.

Our caretakers have the responsibility of making sure that the area is kept looking as good as possible.
