Development Programme Update
Valeview Terrace – 28 New Build Properties
We are pleased to announce that we have acquired the land for this much-needed new build development. It now necessary for us to arrange funding etc and we will keep you updated on progress being made.
Stonyflatt Road/Whiteford Avenue and Gardens – New Build
This development consists of 22 properties for rent.These are mainly family sized terraced and semi detached homes.
The successful handovers and letting of the development has been completed.The final phase of new tenants moved in at the beginning of October 2008.We hope they will enjoy living in their new homes and the area.
