Welcome to Paisley South
Paisley South Housing Association aims to provide quality, affordable homes and services throughout the south, west, town centre, Foxbar and Glenburn.
We are a developer of new affordable housing and a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) - with over 1200 homes for rent and low-cost home-ownership in management. Our subsidary Paisley South Property Services (PSPS) factors 333 properties.
We provide non-housing, "wider role" projects and services to help our communities develop as sustainable, socially inclusive and economically vibrant places.
We work closely with local communities, Renfrewshire Council, FLAIR (Federation of Local Associations In Renfrewshire) and other Scottish Government and voluntary agencies to achieve all of our objectives.
