Home Ownership Assistance
There are a number of schemes set up by the Scottish Government which provide financial assistance into and out of home ownership.
There are two schemes, in particular, promoted by the Scottish Government to assist people into home ownership. These are: the Shared Equity scheme and the Shared Ownership scheme.
PSHA does not have any such properties available for purchase at the moment; however, for further general information on the different schemes, please see Shared Equity Scheme.
One scheme we are actively participating in at the moment is the Mortgage to Rent Scheme. This scheme assists owners currently in financial difficulty to rent their home. For further general information on this scheme, please see Mortgage to Rent Scheme.
