COMPLAINTS & APPEALS
You have a right of appeal to the Complaints Committee against a decision which staff have taken in accordance with our policies but which you feel you have a good cause for appeal. If at the complainants request their complaint can be referred to a FLAIR Housing Association Complaints Committee.
Additionally, if you feel we have not acted in accordance with our policies and procedures and that you have suffered because of this, you may make a formal complaint.
You should write firstly to the Section Manager and if you are unhappy with their decision, you should write to the Complaints Committee. If you remain dissatisfied you can contact the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman.
Please see our proforma and Your Guide to Making Complaints for further advice.
