Resident Participation
The Association's new Tenant Participation Strategy 2010-13 was approved in June 2010. Click here to access the Strategy.
The review of the Strategy involved the Association looking at what progress we had made in tenant participation since the introduction of our first strategy and identifying areas which we needed to improve on.
The Association invited views of tenants, staff and management committee members to inform the review theTenants Participation Working group (TPWG) was formed to manage the review process and produce the final strategy.
Our new Tenant Participation Strategy has clear aims and objectives and includes an Action Plan which details what we will do to deliver the strategy. Click here to access the Action Plan for 2010/11.
The TPWG meet regularly to monitor progress in delivering the Action Plan and will be involved in identifying future TP needs for inclusion to subsequent Action Plans.
