Bulk Uplift Service
Arranging Bulk Uplifts of Household Items.
Tenants and factored owners can order a bulk uplift of household items from the Association. Please note that this does not include garden waste or bags of household refuse.
Bulk uplifts can be ordered from the Association;
- By phone to our bulk uplift line- 0141 583 4102. Please give full details, if not, we may have to send you our bulk uplift form to fill out or phone you back if the information provided is incomplete.
- In person at the office by completing our bulk uplift form
- By posting in a completed bulk uplift form
No work will be ordered until we have all the necessary information.
The actual work will be carried out by Renfrewshire Council on receipt of an order from the Association itemising items to be uplifted. The Council should carry out this work in 5/10 working days but if there is any backlog this can extend to several weeks.
Bulk uplifts are uplifted from the rear of properties only.
Only items on the list will be uplifted per council practice. Please only place your bulk uplift request when ALL items for collection are in the back court area therefore making 1 request.
White goods will be collected separately by the council for recycling so the timescale for collection can vary.
The timescale for uplifts is determined by the council and may be delayed by any failure to gain access. So please provide access to the front and rear close entrance doors if applicable. Renfrewshire Council will try only 3 times to gain access to the property after which the request will be cancelled and Paisley South will be invoiced even though nothing has been uplifted.
