Getting a House
After you have received your award letter, you will be actively considered for housing of the size you require and in the areas of your choice.
Targets
The Association currently operates targets to ensure applicants with different needs have access to housing. We have a Nominations Agreement with Renfrewshire Council to let 50% of our empty properties through the Council nominating from their housing list or referring their Homelessness through the statutory referral procedure.
Our Targets for 2010/11 are;
Direct applicants – 20% (General needs property and mobility property)
Existing Transfers- 30% (as above)
Nominations Agreement – 50%
