Housing Application
Trafalgar Housing Association operates an open waiting list, this means that anyone over the age of 16 can apply directly to us for housing at any time.
In addition to this, we are currently working alongside other landlords in West Dunbartonshire to develop a common housing register (CHR). Once the CHR is up and running, people wishing to apply for housing in West Dunbartonshire can do so by contacting any of the landlords in the area where they will be asked to complete only one application form – even if they want to apply to every single landlord!
It is hoped that the CHR will make it much easier for applicants to apply for housing by maximising their choice of landlord and minimising the amount of paperwork they have to complete.
