Estate Management
In order to ensure that both the Trafalgar and Terraces areas are maintained to a high standard, a number of services are provided for our tenants as part of our estate management service.
A close cleaning service is carried out on a weekly basis by Social Enterprise Clydebank. Ground maintenance functions ie de-littering, grass cutting are carried out by JMK Groundcare.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We want to ensure that all of our properties are maintained to the highest possible standard and that tenants receive a high quality repairs service.
Accordingly, we have set ourselves targets for responding to repairs, depending on the urgency of each individual repair.
Noted below are our target response times for each of the three categories and our performance in meeting these targets as at 31st March 2009.

CYCLICAL MAINTENANCE
As well as responding to day to day repairs, the association also has an ongoing cyclical maintenance programme. Examples of cyclical maintenace are gas servicing, close painting, gutter cleaning and roof anchor testing.
