Stock Condition Survey

Cloch Housing Association is pleased to announce that it has appointed, Quantity Surveyors, JR Queenan Partnership Limited, to carry out a Stock Condition Survey on our behalf.  This survey will allow the Association to ascertain the current condition of our stock and therefore inform any future planned maintenance programmes.

Tenants should be aware that representatives from JR Queenan may call at your home and request full access to your home to allow this survey to be carried out over the next few weeks; the representative will be carrying photographic identification and a letter of authorisation from the Association for your security.

The Association would be grateful for your assistance in carrying out this survey by giving access to our contractor.
