Applying For A House
Tollcross Housing Association is located within the East End of Glasgow. Our association comprises of around 680 properties, the majority of which are refurbished tenement stock. The Association also has 29 sheltered properties located in Carmyle. Each year the association receives keys for around 70-80 properties mainly of 2 and 3 apartment sizes. Who can apply?
Anyone aged 16 or over may apply to the Association. To obtain a Housing Application Form and Guide to Applying for a House you can either Click link, collect them from our office or ask for them to be sent to your home.
Please ensure when downloading the application form that you download the guide to applying for a house, as this can help you when completing the application form.

Sending your form back
When you have completed your application form you can either return it by hand delivery, email or by mail. Your application will be logged and you will receive an acknowledgement card. Thereafter your application will be processed and the information you provide, will be used to assess your housing needs and calculate your points.
We would normally process this within 10 working days and you will receive a letter detailing the points you have been awarded.
On receipt of your point’s letter you may contact us if you feel there are any discrepancies. Prior to allocation these points will be validated by way of an interview.
