30 Years In Housing
Paisley South Housing Association started in 1984 and celebrated 30 years in Housing in 2014.
In May 2017, Paisley South HA became Paisley Housing Association.
Membership of Paisley Housing Association Management Committee is open to anyone who is a member of the association. The Management Committee has up to 15 members who perform their duties voluntarily.
Paisley Housing Association Ltd is a voluntary, not for profit organisation and a registered charity, operating within our communities, throughout Paisley, since 1984. With over 1200 rented properties, our aim is to provide quality, affordable, homes and excellent customer services. We also provide factoring services to over 280 owners in our area.

Please note that Scottish Water have informed us that due to Waste Water Service improvements throughout Paisley, the road in front of our office will not be available to cars from Monday 27th November 2017 for 2 months.
This will restrict parking at the front of our office between 62 Espedair Street – Lylesland Court.
Our office will have footpath access only during this period.
Parking will be available further down Espedair Street, Rowan Street and on Stock Street, all within 1 minute walk of the office.

Our Tenant Scrutiny Panel has recently completed its first scrutiny into our Letting Standard. The Panel’s report on their findings and recommendations was presented to our Management Committee in June and they approved the recommendations and made commitment to implement them for the end of March 2018.
The recommendations were for the Association to:
consider introducing décor packs
review the Letting Standard to ensure it is up to date with legislative standards and current needs
provide a more user friendly version of the letting standard
place more emphasis on the letting standard at accompanied viewings
ensure the standard is applied in mixed tenure blocks
